These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of noblcreative.net (the “Site”) and the Build Readiness assessment and related features offered by Nobl Creative LLC, a Missouri single-member limited liability company (“Nobl Creative,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The service

The Site provides general information about our work, a free Build Readiness assessment, and a way to schedule a call. The assessment generates a score and recommendations based on the answers you provide. It is offered for general informational purposes only.

2. Not professional advice; no guarantees

The assessment results, roadmap, and any content on the Site are general information and do not constitute professional, technical, legal, financial, or other advice, and do not create any advisory or client relationship. Your results depend on the information you provide and are not a promise or guarantee of any particular outcome. You are responsible for your own decisions.

3. Paid engagements

Any paid services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement between you and Nobl Creative. Nothing on the Site or in these Terms constitutes an offer to perform paid work or creates a binding engagement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nobl Creative LLC and its members will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or assessment. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
