I led the build of a platform that closes the gap most spiritual gifts tools leave open. It pairs a 111-question conversational assessment across 26 gifts with a DISC personality profile, then runs both through a ministry matching algorithm that recommends specific teams and roles.

The result is placement-ready: it integrates with Planning Center and feeds directly into how a church's teams get built.
